Director of Marketing
The Role:
We are hiring a Director of Marketing to lead and own the marketing function from the ground up. This is not a role for candidates seeking direction or incremental growth. We are seeking a proven, entrepreneurial marketing leader who has built from scratch, operated in high-performance environments, and has a track record of delivering results under real pressure.
This is a player/coach role at the foundation stage: you will be expected to build and execute hands-on today and to architect and scale the marketing organization tomorrow. Only candidates with both the strategic insight and operational grit to drive results without an established structure will succeed here.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, own, and drive eino.ai’s marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, product marketing, content, events, and partnerships.
- Craft high-impact messaging and positioning that communicates our technical advantages to sophisticated enterprise buyers.
- Build and execute marketing programs that directly translate into qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
- Serve as a senior leader in the company, working closely with product, sales, and executive leadership.
- Recruit, build, and lead a world-class marketing team over time as we scale.
- Represent eino.ai externally through industry events, thought leadership, and strategic partnerships.
Minimum Requirements:
- Direct experience on the supplier side of wireless (e.g., cellular hardware/Software vendors, infrastructure providers) — mandatory.
- Proven success in startup environments, ideally at the seed to early growth stages.
- Deep technical enterprise software marketing expertise, with clear experience marketing complex solutions to technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to independently create marketing strategies and execute them end-to-end.
- Relentless bias for action, accountability, and tangible results.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the IoT ecosystem.
- Prior experience scaling marketing functions from early-stage through hypergrowth.
- Thought leadership presence in relevant industries (public speaking, articles, panels, etc.).
