eino.ai has an opening for hands-on Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation across various market segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SDR, business development and growth marketing for technical B2B SaaS software. Proficiency in using HubSpot for CRM management is essential.
- Drive outbound lead generation through targeted could outreach.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads across different market segments.
- Identify and target potential customers in system integration, managed network services, hardware vendors, regional network operations, and Industry 5.0 autonomy.
- Utilize HubSpot for CRM management and lead tracking.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and event marketing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead generation goals and strategies.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to refine marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- B.S. or M.S. in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years hands-on experience in outbound lead generation and pre-sales activities
- 3+ years hands-on experience in marketing strategy and campaign creation
- Proven experience in lead generation and CRM management, particularly with HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of the target market segments: system integrators, managed network service providers, hardware vendors, regional network operators, and autonomy operators in Industry 5.0.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
