Marketing Lead

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads across different market segments.
• Identify and target potential customers in system integration, managed network services, hardware vendors, regional network operations, and Industry 5.0 autonomy.
• Utilize HubSpot for CRM management and lead tracking.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and event marketing.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead generation goals and strategies.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to refine marketing strategies.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

• B.S. or M.S. in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on cellular and WiFi network planning and design.
• Proven experience in lead generation and CRM management, particularly with HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of the target market segments: system integrators, managed network service providers, hardware vendors, regional network operators, and autonomy operators in Industry 5.0.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
