eino.ai has an opening for a versatile Solutions Engineer to contribute across our sales, support, and product teams. This role involves working closely with our customers for support and presenting the product to prospects, collaborating with the product team to relay customer feedback, and working with the marketing lead to refine messaging. The ideal candidate will have experience in WiFi and cellular networks, preferably having worked with system integrators or vendors as a design engineer, and enjoy a customer facing position.

  • Provide training and technical support to our customers via email, video calls, and in person.
  • Engage with potential customers in system integration, managed network services, hardware vendors, regional network operations, and Industry 5.0 autonomy.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
  • Support the sales process by addressing technical questions and providing solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to refine messaging and convert leads into meaningful client engagements.
  • Identify opportunities to expand our market presence through targeted outreach and tailored solutions.
  • Work with the product team to gather and relay customer feedback to inform product development.
  • Generate technical materials tailored to different market segments.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive products.

  • B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in WiFi and cellular network design and implementation.
  • Proven experience in a sales engineering or product engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of the target market segments: system integrators, managed network service providers, hardware vendors, regional network operators, and autonomy operators in Industry 5.0.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with system integrators or Cellular/WiFi vendors.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools such as Hubspot.
  • Strong customer facing and project management skills.
